Development of regulation documents on metrology issues

consideration and preparation of proposals related to the approval of draft state and industry standards for metrology, participation in the development of normative documentation for metrology;
development of normative documentation governing: organization of work on metrology at telecommunications enterprises, methods and means of measuring instruments verification (MIV) and other metrology issues;
agreement and approval of documents in the prescribed manner;
development of measurement techniques;
development of regulatory documents relating to information and measurement systems with different methods of settlements with consumers for telecommunication services;
creation of algorithms and programs for the automation of metrological work on the basis of a PC.

carrying out a metrological examination of regulatory and technical documentation related to the development of MIV;
metrological support of new MIV: participation in state acceptance tests and metrological certification of measuring equipment (MA MIV).

organization and implementation of works on certification of measuring and calibration laboratories;
development of regulatory documents governing accreditation works, agreement and approval of these documents in the prescribed manner.
